I don't write too many reviews but had to for David at Bend Tech Support. I was at my wits end with my internet speed and calls dropping at my house since I have to use WiFi calling due to poor cell coverage. David took the time to walk me through things (mesh network) and called me back later in the day to check on how things were going and said he could make it out to my house if I still needed. I wasn't a paying customer and he treated me like I've used his service for years! Bend Tech Support will always be the company I call for my tech support needs!

Dave has been so helpful for my business. He treats his customers with extra support. I have used his tech support for over 6 years and find his his services invaluable.

He is a good person, an honest worker and trustworthy.
Sometimes he is very busy and can't get to everything all at once, but he does get everything taken care of in a timely manner. He is busy because he is good at what he does.

Dave goes above and beyond tech support. He has even assisted me with my television and phone as they are now all computer run.
